Estimates, contracts, invoices, payments, progress photos and messages all live in your JobTread project portal, so you are not hunting through a text thread from March to find out what you approved.
Open your portal
Every email we send you about your project contains a link straight into it. Click that link and the portal opens. In most cases there is nothing to install and no password to remember.
Find a recent email from us
Any estimate, contract, invoice or update we have sent through JobTread carries the link. The most recent one is usually the quickest route in.
Click the link
It opens your portal directly. For most clients, no username or password is required at this step.
Set a password only if asked
A password is needed in two situations: using the JobTread mobile app, and making a payment through the portal. If neither applies, you will not be asked for one.
Cannot find the email, or the link is not working? Call us on (630) 354-8887 or email outdoorliving@aceofdecksllc.com and we will resend it. This is a two minute fix and it is not an imposition.
What is in there
Documents
Your estimate, your construction agreement, and anything else that needed a signature, kept where you can find it again.
Invoices and payments
What has been invoiced, what has been paid, and what is scheduled, with the option to pay online.
Progress
Photos and updates as the build moves, so you can see where things stand without having to ask.
Messages
Project conversation in one thread rather than spread across texts, emails and voicemails.
If you have more than one project with us, the portal shows them separately.
Common questions
Two things worth knowing. The portal is a secure web page rather than an app, so there is nothing to download unless you choose to use the JobTread mobile app. And it is not a replacement for talking to us. If something is wrong on your project, call. The portal is there so that the record of what was agreed is never in dispute, not so that you have to raise an issue through a form.
