Every elevated deck we build uses Fortress Evolution steel framing — no exceptions. Wood rots, warps, and moves with the seasons. Steel stays exactly where we put it for decades.
02 — Patios & Hardscapes
Patios and hardscapes should be planned around the full outdoor environment — not treated as an afterthought. We coordinate pavers, elevation changes, retaining walls, and gathering areas with the rest of the space.
03 — Outdoor Structures
Motorized louvered roofs, fixed patio covers, and hybrid outdoor rooms — the same commercial-grade product used in restaurants and hotels, now in your backyard.
04 — Outdoor Living Features
Lighting, fire features, outdoor kitchens, heaters, fans, privacy elements, and retractable screens — designed in from the start, not bolted on after the deck is built.
How We Work
A free 15-minute discovery call to understand your project and goals, followed by an in-person site visit where we walk the space, take measurements, and review material samples together.
Custom 3D renderings, architectural plans, and a detailed line-item estimate. You approve every detail before we move forward. Two revisions included. $1,500 applied toward your build toward your build.
We pull every permit, manage every inspection, and build your approved design exactly as planned. Most projects complete in 5–10 business days. Final walkthrough together at completion.
