What's the difference between the discovery call and the consultation? +
The discovery call is free — a 15–30 minute phone conversation to understand your project. The in-person consultation is $150 — a paid site visit where we review your property, discuss options, and provide real project direction and budget ranges.
How much do your projects typically cost? +
Custom deck projects start at $60,000+. Louvered pergola systems from $35,000. Covered patio structures from $45,000. Full outdoor living environments — decks, pergolas, screens, kitchens, and lighting — can run $120,000–$300,000+. We give you real ranges on the discovery call.
Do you offer financing? +
Yes. Financing may be available for qualified homeowners through our financing partners. Approval, rates, and terms depend on the provider and applicant qualifications. Ask us about financing on your discovery call.
Do you handle permits? +
Yes — completely. Ace of Decks handles design drawings, permit submission, and inspection scheduling as part of every project. The cost is included in your quote. You never touch a permit office.
How quickly can you start? +
Build slots fill quickly during peak season. From signed contract to completed build, most projects take 1–3 months total — permits take 3–5 weeks, then construction is 5–10 business days. The sooner you start the process, the better your timeline.
