Authorized TimberTech Dealer
We install TimberTech and nothing else. PVC and composite collections, industry-leading warranties, and expert installation backed by 10+ years across the Chicago suburbs.
Why TimberTech
We've installed every major composite brand. We chose TimberTech exclusively because nothing else comes close — in durability, aesthetics, or the warranty that stands behind it.
Unlike wood, TimberTech won't splinter, crack, warp, or rot. No annual staining. No sealing. Clean it once or twice a year with soap and water.
Composite collections carry a 30-year warranty on Legacy, Reserve, and Terrain, and 25 years on Prime-tier boards. Advanced PVC collections carry up to a 50-year warranty — the strongest in the industry.
Freeze-thaw cycles, ice, snow, and humidity don't affect TimberTech the way they destroy wood. Engineered to perform in exactly the conditions we deal with every year in Chicagoland.
TimberTech composite boards contain up to 85% recycled material. A better deck that's also better for the environment.
Two Families. Multiple Collections.
TimberTech offers two distinct product families. Each has its own strengths. We walk you through both during your consultation so you choose based on your actual project — not a sales pitch.
No wood fiber at all. Maximum moisture resistance, up to 30°F cooler surface underfoot than competitive composites, and the deepest color saturation available. Best for elevated decks, waterproofed builds, pool-adjacent areas, and homeowners who want the highest-performance board. Vintage and Landmark carry a Class A Flame Spread Rating.
The natural warmth and character of wood, with the durability and low maintenance of composite. Up to 85% recycled content. Legacy, Reserve, and Terrain carry a 30-year warranty. Prime-tier boards carry 25 years. A more accessible entry into TimberTech without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

Recent Projects
Every project in our portfolio was built by our team right here in the Chicago suburbs — DuPage, Kane, and Will County.

The Foundation
Your TimberTech boards are only as good as what's underneath them. That's why every elevated deck we build uses Fortress Evolution steel framing — no exceptions.
Wood framing rots. It warps. It shrinks and moves with the seasons, causing deck boards to shift, squeak, and gap over time. Steel framing doesn't. It stays exactly where we put it — for decades.
How It Works
We don't guess. We design, plan, permit, and build — in that order. Every TimberTech deck we build follows the same three-phase process.
Start with a free discovery call. We learn about your project, goals, and budget. If it's a fit, we schedule an in-person consultation at your home — where we walk the space, take measurements, and review material samples together.
We build your deck in 3D before a single board is cut. Custom renderings, architectural plans, and a detailed line-item estimate. You approve every detail before we move forward. 2 revisions included. $1,500 applied toward your build.
We pull every permit, manage every inspection, and build your approved design exactly as planned. Our crew typically completes deck builds in 5–10 business days. Final walkthrough before we call it done.
Investment
Our projects start at $60,000. Here's how the range breaks down based on scope, size, and features. Every project gets a detailed line-item estimate from your approved 3D design — no guessing.
A single-level TimberTech deck with steel framing, premium railing, and finishing details. Clean, well-built, and designed to last.
Multi-level deck, louvered pergola, retractable screens, outdoor kitchen, or a combination. The most common project scope we build.
A fully designed outdoor room — deck, cover, screens, kitchen, fire, Techo-Bloc pavers, and all amenities. Everything planned as one integrated system from the start.
