The design investment is $3,000. This includes the site review, material direction, 3D design, plans, line-item estimate, and 2 complimentary revisions.

Is any of the design fee applied toward construction?

Yes. When you move forward with Ace of Decks for construction, $1,500 is applied toward your build.

Do I need a design before getting an accurate price?

For most larger projects, yes. Without a design, pricing is based on assumptions. A design lets us price from a defined scope.

How many revisions are included?

Two complimentary revisions are included in the design package. Additional revisions can be handled separately if needed.

What happens after design is approved?

Once design is approved, we finalize the construction scope, pricing, agreement, permitting path, and project schedule.
