WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR POSITIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING OUTDOOR LIVING JOBS:

SUBCONTRACTOR

Ace of Decks LLC is seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced subcontractor to join our rapidly growing decking company. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the assigned projects to ensure that everything is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Meet project deadlines – start to finish.
  • Effective communication with Project Manger
  • Maintain a clean job site – clean up at the end of every day.
  • Provide necessary tools/equipment for the project.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary for each job at hand.
  • Must be able to warranty work completed.
  • Obtaining knowledge of manufacture installation/warranty specifications.
  • Providing own transportation to scheduled job sites.
Qualifications:
 

    The ideal candidate must have experience with:

  • Custom Deck and Railing Installation – detail-oriented craftsmanship.
  • Licensed, Bonded & Insured
  • Confidentiality
  • Building Codes – comprehension of IRC building code.
  • Understanding of deck framing.
  • Outdoor Living Experience
  • Bilingual is a bonus.
  • Skilled in architectural plan reading.

CREW MEMBER

The outdoor living crew member is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks – generally physical labor is required to complete the outdoor living construction projects. The crew member will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks.

  • Prepare job site, materials, and necessary tools.
  • Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Removing debris, garbage, and materials from job site.
  • Assist contractors/subcontractors as required.
  • Perform all necessary asked duties within position.

FOREMAN

Ace of Decks LLC is seeking a reliable foreman with multiple years of experience in outdoor living construction. Leadership qualities, ability to run a crew, driver’s license mandatory. Bilingual is a bonus. Ability to operate various forms of machinery and equipment necessary for each job at hand. Skilled in architectural plan reading, pay based upon experience.

  • Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when
    necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.
  • Developing and managing project quality standards for all sites.
  • Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication among the Ace of Decks LLC team.
  • Perform all necessary asked duties within position.
