Ace of Decks has a keen sense for precision and detail therefore, our bare minimum standard is perfection! (of course, perfection doesn’t exist but that doesn’t mean we don’t strive for it). We inspect every material and tool to ensure we are delivering the highest quality. We take that extra step to make sure all details are up to par.

Throughout every step of our process, we will keep you updated to avoid surprises and to augment efficiently. Maintaining your trust is our #1 priority, so transparency is something we take pride in.
Your Deck Questions Answered
You can always get your own permits but we typically pull all permits needed for your job. We have our own in-house permitting department. No need to take time off work to wait in any long lines or deal with confusing guidelines.
This can vary as well, depending on the size of the job, permits needed, and many other factors. Very small jobs can be wrapped up in a week. Large projects can sometimes take 4-6 weeks. Our designers and job supervisor can give you a more exact timeline once your design is complete.
We do require a 30% deposit upon signing
Next there is a 20% deposit for the 1st day of construction
The remaining 50% is collected after your complete satisfaction
